In Cannes, on the slopes of La Californie, interior architect Eduardo Di Muzio orchestrated

Two years after completing the Hôtel Le Val Thorens project, Bel Œil was invited back to contribute to the redesign of the restaurant in 2017—this time with a cozier, more sophisticated atmosphere.
Set in a large chalet where wood and warm materials build the ambiance… The standout feature: the Grand Prix chair by Arne Jacobsen, in its all-wood and leather version, edited by Fritz Hansen. The rest of the seating follows the layout designed by architects Festen—Charlotte de Tonnac and Hugo Sauzay.
Also notable are the Tractor Stools by Bassam Fellows, an American brand whose solid wood furniture fits beautifully around the high tables.
Since 2021, the hotel has been owned by the Beaumier Group and now features a new identity, which you can explore on their updated website.
