In Cannes, on the slopes of La Californie, interior architect Eduardo Di Muzio orchestrated this extraordinary project, organizing the dialogue between interior spaces and the garden facing the Mediterranean and the Estérel. This contemporary house in Cannes Californie combines elegance and comfort.

In this uncommon residence, the Bel Œil Cannes teams collaborated for over two years with Eduardo and the clients, contributing to the design of the two Arclinea kitchens, both indoors and outdoors, and to the selection of furniture aligned with the project’s artistic direction.

Outdoors, Tuuci parasols are essential, while the B&B Italia Outdoor, Living Divani, Desalto, and Minotti collections occupy the garden to create various viewpoints, between contemplation and conviviality.

Eduardo’s choices lean toward a certain purity, a lasting sobriety that does not alter the quality of the spaces: furniture must welcome without weighing down the décor. Timeless classics such as Mies van der Rohe, Ray & Charles Eames, and Arne Jacobsen mingle with modern and comfortable pieces by Edra or Moroso, as well as aesthetic creations by Maxalto, Porro, and Minotti.

This contemporary house in Cannes Californie perfectly reflects Bel Œil’s vision: a marriage between modernity, comfort, and Mediterranean aesthetics, where each space is designed to endure and seduce.
