A superb renovated apartment on the Cannes Croisette, located in one of the city’s most prestigious addresses: the iconic Saint James residence.
Developed in partnership with two property professionals, this project aimed to completely rethink the layout and fittings to appeal to a demanding international clientele. The Bel Œil team supported the optimisation of spaces and decorative choices, striking the perfect balance between high-end design and budget discipline.
For Camille, who led the project, the challenge was to source the finest furniture solutions within the desired aesthetic while ensuring total coherence and quality.
Among the standout pieces installed: the LC1 armchairs by Le Corbusier, Pierre Jeanneret and Charlotte Perriand for Cassina, the CH24 Wishbone chairs by Hans Wegner for Carl Hansen & Søn, and the Lifesteel sofa by Antonio Citterio for Flexform. These selections instantly set the tone and elevated the overall image of the project.
For the magnificent terrace, the highly effective Carl Hansen outdoor collection delivered the perfect combination of comfort, elegance and controlled expenditure.
