A project in Courchevel for our client Les Hôtels d’en Haut, celebrating the golden age of winter sports holidays born in the 1950s.

That era was defined by a distinctive way of life—sporty, authentic, and inspired by the vision of great architect-designers. The ****Hôtel des 3 Vallées revives their modernity and boldness through curated furniture and original works by Charlotte Perriand, Jean Prouvé, Pierre Paulin, Pierre Guariche, and Pierre Chapo.

Bel Œil contributed to the project under the direction of interior architect Gilles Leborgne, selecting iconic pieces from today’s leading design houses:

Cassina with Charlotte Perriand’s Méribel and Berger stools, Marco Zanuso’s Lady armchair, Piero Lissoni’s Mex Cube sofa in Rubelli velvet… then Pierre Paulin’s Moulin chairs by Artifort, Arne Jacobsen’s AJ lamps by Louis Poulsen, and a few more contemporary pieces—yet so evocative of that splendid era!

These furnishings set the rhythm of this chalet’s quietly singular aesthetic. Since the beginning, Hôtel des 3 Vallées has invited its guests to share its taste for beauty and authenticity.
