A defining piece of furniture: the USM Haller system, which organizes the workspaces at EDHEC, across its campuses in Paris, London, Lille, and Nice.

Bel Œil (formerly Loft Nice) had the privilege of working on the layout of a new workspace and teaching area for EDHEC, located in a magnificent Haussmann-style building with a Gustave Eiffel glass roof, which once served as the headquarters of Crédit Lyonnais.

Without altering the volumes, floors, or ceilings (to stay within budget!), we designed the space distribution for reception and work areas using the USM Haller modules.
These modular units partition and define individual spaces, facilitating communication between employees and visitors.

Belux lighting fixtures hang from the ceiling or rest on Haller tables in a unique rhythm, visible from the building’s inner courtyard. The USM Haller wall facing this courtyard is a defining feature, symbolizing order and structure.

The raspberry-colored Bend sofas (B&B Italia) and Phoenix tables (Moroso) by Patricia Urquiola encourage informal interactions, outside of the offices.

Knoll International’s Generation task chairs guarantee top-quality comfort for the workspace users.
