Apartment renovation in Nice
In the heart of Nice, Bel Œil undertook a complete decoration project, totally restructuring

After seeing our work on the EDHEC campuses in London, Lille, and Paris, our client challenged us to design the layout of their representative offices in Nice.
Using 3D renderings, we presented a proposal that makes a bold statement on the façade of the new building: Mobileshadows and Shinyshadows by designer Stéphanie Marin create a striking visual identity across the five floors occupied by these cutting-edge offices.
Each floor has its own function:
– Executive dining room, centered around a custom-made Xilos table by Maxalto for 16 people (3m diameter), with integrated electrification systems. Holà chairs by Cassina, and the Grande Papilio lounge by Natao Fukasawa for B&B Italia.
– Modular meeting rooms featuring Progetto 1 tables by M. Armani for B&B Italia, Iuta chairs by A. Citterio, and USM Haller storage systems.
– Boardroom with a large Intensive table by Finnish brand Inno.
– Director’s office furnished with a Seven desk by JM Massaud for B&B Italia, USM Haller storage, and a Nomos meeting table by Norman Foster for Tecno. The featured artwork is a photograph by Denis Cartuyvels.
A proud achievement for Bel Œil (formerly “Loft”) in Nice—deeply connected to the local landscape and EDHEC’s international visitors: researchers, entrepreneurs, and educators from around the globe.
