JOYA Lifestore was born in the mind of Sandrine Mons and her partners during the Brunches of Douglass and After Works she organized at Loft… before we became Bel Œil!
From these encounters emerged a collaborative project, located at Place du Pin in Nice, where various actors come together to make Joya an essential place in the Port district, full of professional or private meetings, shops, and gastronomy… just 50 meters from Bel Œil!
Bel Œil played a major role in the design of the spaces, and we are proud of the outcome, especially for the rentable workspaces: offices and meeting rooms that breathe life, exchange, and flexibility.
A “home-like” reception area with Ghost sofas by Gervasoni, Scandinavian chairs by Muuto, and decorative ambiances adjusted according to the events and daily life of the space.
The small terrace on Place du Pin, furnished with Petite Friture pieces, offers a perfect spot to enjoy a coffee, deeply rooted in the local landscape, and soak up the lights of the Port district in Nice…
The “bench” desks by Fantoni are available for coworking rental… you can sit alone or with others, on colorful chairs by Hay, Alias, Gubi, Normann Copenhagen…
The white room is modular and offers changing uses depending on whether you’re having a meeting, attending a lecture, or enjoying breakfast… everything is white: chairs by Muuto, Hay, or Magis, tables by Pedrali.
Finally, some meeting rooms for 8 or 10 people, around Heerenhuis farm tables, USM Haller furniture, and Alias chairs: what a welcome!
JOYA Lifestore is a unique, modern workspace that promotes new approaches, more informal, current, dynamic, and joyful uses: definitely worth discovering!
