Office design in Cannes: workspaces reimagined as living environments…
What if workspaces—especially within a premium real estate agency—adopted the codes of high-end residential design?
In Cannes, Bel Œil delivers a bespoke office layout project for John Taylor Real Estate, in collaboration with the Architectes Associés firm from Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat. This project is a testament to our interior architecture expertise on the French Riviera, where elegance, comfort, and brand identity are expressed with absolute subtlety.
The ambition behind this professional space planning: to rethink offices and client reception areas as true living spaces. From the moment you enter, the atmosphere stands out for its warmth and refinement, moving away from traditional corporate office standards.
The high-end office furniture, selected from the Fantoni collection, pairs deep wood finishes with graphic black structures. This choice adds character and modernity while bringing a welcoming warmth to the workspace. This aesthetic signature works in perfect harmony with the flooring and wooden partitions selected as part of this interior design project in Cannes.
The professional seating (Alias – Muuto – Hay), both understated and comfortable, is upholstered in light, natural tones or punctuated by bolder colors. They contribute to a welcoming environment inspired by residential design—ideal for receiving a discerning clientele in an elegant setting.
Every element of this bespoke office fit-out has been designed to enhance the agency’s identity and optimize well-being at work. It represents a holistic approach to commercial space design, where design, functionality, and customer experience are precisely balanced.
This project fully illustrates Bel Œil’s savoir-faire in interior architecture and luxury office furniture in Cannes and across the Côte d’Azur.
Congratulations to Nathalie for this successful realization, and THANK YOU to the Architectes Associés firm as well as John Taylor Cannes for their trust.
