House in Cap d’Antibes
A beautiful house in Cap d’Antibes, facing the old town and the snow-capped Alps,

This beautiful home was brought to life under the direction of interior architects Romain Maudet and Théo Alliot, based in Cannes.
The house was built and designed with the purpose of being sold. A strategy we truly appreciate at Bel Œil: offering a fully finished property. A fully equipped and attractive home for investors looking to acquire a residence on the French Riviera…
For Camille and Nathalie, who worked on this project, the goal was to deliver tailored decorative solutions—functional, budget-conscious, and aligned with the property’s high-end positioning.
The kitchen is a customized Bulthaup b3 model, designed in collaboration between the architect and our technical teams, both for visual impact and seamless integration. The marble used for the island, backsplashes, and countertops was specially developed by Bel Œil to perfectly complement the Bulthaup kitchen.
In the living spaces, signature pieces make a statement:
‘8’ sofas by Piero Lissoni for Cassina,
Bertoia armchairs from Knoll International,
Fulgens chairs by Antonio Citterio for Maxalto,
and lighting by O Luce and Gallotti & Radice above a stunning Porro table.
In the bedrooms, Gervasoni beds and iconic items like the Platner armchair from Knoll create a perfect balance—sure to capture any visitor’s interest.
Bel Œil is proud to showcase this kind of project, where experience gained notably in the hospitality world can be put to the test for an aesthetic, yet economically smart achievement.
A warm thank you—and congratulations—to Romain and Théo, whose talent and attention to detail shine through every image of this exceptional project.
