An urgent project handled by Bel Œil Cannes in Cap d’Antibes:
The brief was to furnish this beautiful new-build property, entirely redesigned by Richard Guilhem Architectes in Cannes, for an investor seeking to bring it to market quickly.
The objective was to reinforce the project’s high-end image through distinctive designer furniture and to make the most of the connection between indoor and outdoor living, in keeping with the architect’s vision.
…and, of course, to accessorise the property in an attractive and welcoming way, while carefully managing the investor’s budget and preserving the financial balance of the project.
For Camille and Nathalie, this was a fast and efficient operation. By selecting furniture available in our showrooms and working with suppliers capable of delivering quickly, they succeeded in creating a harmonious interior that immediately brought this new home to life.
The home-staging scheme was organised as follows: the garden was furnished with pieces from the B&B Italia Outdoor collection, creating a seamless dialogue with the interior design… Even the Hybrid sofa in the living room is an outdoor modular sofa, designed to be enjoyed to the full once the large sliding glass doors are completely open.
Inside, several iconic design pieces give the property a strong identity, including Mario Bellini’s Camaleonda sofa, which takes centre stage in the media room and leaves a lasting impression on visitors.
On the rooftop terrace, an impressive Roda dining set creates a spectacular entertaining space, with proportions made for gathering and celebration…
