Composed of a carefully alternating sequence of vertical and horizontal panels, it draws inspiration from the aesthetics of grand architectural structures. The slightly recessed shelves enhance the verticality of the whole.
What sets it apart? Its dimensions are based on Shakkan-hō, an ancient Japanese system founded on human body proportions, still used today in architecture.
