The Samurai Lamp by Ingo Maurer measures 27.6 inches in height. Its lampshade, made of washi paper and metal, is shaped by folding and stretching, making each lamp a unique handmade piece.
Ingo Maurer and his team drew inspiration from Japanese sculptor Isamu Noguchi to create the lighting series The MaMo Nouchies, of which the Samurai lamp is a part.
This lamp emits a warm and soft ambient light. You can continuously adjust the light intensity thanks to the dimmer integrated into the power cord.
It is perfect for creating a cozy atmosphere in a living room or bedroom.
