A renovation project for a bourgeois apartment on the top floor in the center of Nice.

Bathed in light, this apartment was entirely redesigned by Loft (well before becoming Bel Œil !), which treated each room as a beautiful unit: materials and furniture, works of art, contributing the coherence of this project for a Nicoise family.

The Bulthaup b1 kitchen is the place of conviviality and family meals, before passing into a large living room occupied by the master piano, some sculptures, photographs of Gérard Malanga, and a Mex sofa by Piero Lissoni for Cassina.

The foot by the Up Séries,

by Gaetano Pesce for B & B Italia, is posed incongruously in the center of the space, as a signal, anticonformity, in this rather structured world. In the bedroom, a Maxalto bed and UP 5 chair, the Mama, still Gaetano Pesce. We can see an art piece by John Isaacs at the back of the B & B Italia Pier dressing room.

This apartment has been remodeled many times since our intervention, especially on the occasion of contemporary art exhibitions: a real showcase to show beautiful objects and beautiful interventions!
